"Last year we launched 'Internship 2008' - a programme offering eligible and qualified students the opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in Royal Jet's operations. We offer local students work placement opportunities prior to their last year at university in order for them to benefit from real-world work experience and we offer many growth opportunities throughout the company.
Furthermore, this year Royal Jet launched a Graduate Trainee Programme, as an initiative for graduates to have a better introduction to the world of business aviation.
"But we go much further than this. Many of our top management team are UAE Nationals as we always encourage our staff to strive to reach the pinnacle of their careers.
