Crowne Plaza Muscat 'gets personal' with new 5-star service

For those who prefer the more personal touch when it comes to business travel, the Crowne Plaza Muscat has recently launched an exclusive Personal Hotelier service, for its Club Floor guests.

The Personal Hotelier service provides the discerning frequent business traveller with one point of contact for all their requirements, from 8am until 12midnight, seven days a week. As Crowne Plaza Muscat's latest value-added service for guests, the Personal Hotelier will be on hand to co-ordinate everything from airport pick-ups and car hire, right down to presentation changes and personal shopping.

As well as co-ordinating transportation requirements, this value-added service offers business related assistance such as computer hire, meeting room reservations, courier services and customs clearance. Recognising that the guests' leisure time is just as important as their business, Crowne Plaza Muscat's team of highly trained Personal Hoteliers are also able to recommend and book restaurants, organise tours and even shop for that unique gift.

The Personal Hotelier Service begins even before the guests arrive, with an introductory call at the time booking, to ensure any personal arrangements are made prior to check-in.

The Crowne Plaza Dubai has been running the Personal Hotelier service for the past three months, with great success. "Market research has proven that more than 95% of guests surveyed said they would definitely use the service again, with the majority saying it would be one of the deciding factors in their choice of hotel," adds Mr. Todd. "The hotel industry is fiercely competitive, in order to differentiate ourselves from other properties we must offer value added services in order to stay ahead."
