An array of services and transactions are available through the Bank's webpage including easy management of customers' accounts, loans, credit cards, and deposit certificates.
With just a touch of a button the customer can obtain real-time updates on account balances, deposits and withdrawals with multilayered security protocols. Customers can now benefit from convenient, fast, and easy online services including transfers and an application center where customers can apply for check books, certificates, and opening a new account. These are just some of the options offered through the new service from Ahli United Bank (Egypt), which will allow customers to have full control over their accounts and manage them 24 hours a day.
Ahli United Bank (Egypt) has also launched a unique service, "My E-statement", that allows customers to chose to receive their statements via e-mail at a frequency that suits the customers individual requirements.

The bank also presents SMS service for Ahli United Bank (Egypt) credit card holders. The new service will keep the card holders updated with their credit card transactions as they will receive notification messages with each purchase, cash withdrawal, and internet purchase transaction showing the transaction amount, merchant name, date and time, and the remaining available limit. Furthermore, card holders will receive a mini statement at end of each month showing the total balance, minimum payment, and due date along with SMS messages for all new offers, campaigns, and promotions. This service is not only informative, but also provides additional security for card holders to avoid fraud cases.
These new services are a part of the bank's ongoing efforts to develop distinct banking services to enhance the customers' experience and respond to their banking needs.
