This year we plan to recruit over 100 UAE fresh graduates through MASAR programme to take our Emiratisation level beyond 20 percent. Our participation in the Abu Dhabi Career Fair (Tawdheef) is a key element to achieve this objective. We expect to receive a good response at the event."
A specialized team at du will review all applications and update the applicants with possible internship and employment opportunities within the company after the event.
Since its launch, du has always participated in all special activities that aim to achieve the Emiratization strategy of the country by taking part in all Career Fairs across the UAE. This is in addition to open employment days such as the Masar program that are held regularly to openly communicate with high school and college graduates and update them on available employment opportunities. All this has contributed to the Emiratization progress at du.
