Boyd Winton, an Australian investment banker who has been living and working in the Gulf for 2 years, met with CapitaLand staff when he personally facilitated his apartment installment.

Claire Simpson, Raffles City Bahrain's Sales Administration Manager and Greg Millard, Marketing Manager provided the lucky customer with a detailed tour impressing him with the views and uniqueness of Raffles City.

"Whilst we had met before, the majority of our recent dealings with Boyd have been over the phone, so it was wonderful when he arrived. When our sales gallery opens in a couple of months, we will be able to provide a real tour of an actual luxury apartment and a full audio visual experience. So I hope Boyd will visit again soon"

said Claire.

"What is of interest to us at Raffles City Bahrain is the commitment to their purchase that our buyers are showing," says Greg. "Sure we have had a couple of buyers wanting to divest, but the majority are totally committed and understand the rare opportunity they have found in Raffles City Bahrain. Whilst early payments like Boyd's aren't common, it certainly conveys the message that our project is in a class of its own".

Standing near the site of his actual apartment, Boyd says, "The views from here are stunning, I can't wait until I can stand and look out from the 21st floor; it will be spectacular'.

Since November the head count has increased from 600 to 850 on site, a 40% increase in manpower to finish the foundation and piling work on the iconic development.
