Bahrain National Insurance Company launches 'Intelligent Insurance' service

Bahrain National Insurance Company (bni), a subsidiary of Bahrain National Holding - BNH - announced today the launch a newly introduced service to its customers named 'Intelligent Insurance'; it is an automated insurance renewal machine that allows bni customers to renew their motor, home and domestic servant insurance policies in an easy, quick and convenient manner.
The service is not restricted to existing customer but also available to new and potential clients who wish to insurance with bni and with total convenience.
Abdulla Al Suwaidi, Motor & Personal Lines General Manager at bni stated, "The Intelligent Insurance is the product of our dedicated efforts to improve our customers experience with bni. We have always positioned ourselves as pioneers in the local insurance market, and now reinstated this position with the Intelligent Insurance."
Mahmood Al Soufi - Chief Executive of BNH - also commented, "This service comes as part of BNH's directed strategic plan to invest in new technologies as well as branching out through crafting innovative products & services; this is, after all, a people's business and we are here to provide our clients & customers with ultimate satisfaction."
