The service is available in 3 of bni's branches and marked as 'Intelligent Insurance Zone' located in Seef District, Muharraq and Sanad. The Zone, in addition to renewals, includes bni's e-commerce service - the first virtual insurance branch in the region - launched in May 2008; the zone will serve as a one stop station, and allow customers to register their car with the Traffic Directorate upon renewing their motor policies.
The service is not restricted to existing customer but also available to new and potential clients who wish to insurance with bni and with total convenience.
Abdulla Al Suwaidi, Motor & Personal Lines General Manager at bni stated, "The Intelligent Insurance is the product of our dedicated efforts to improve our customers experience with bni. We have always positioned ourselves as pioneers in the local insurance market, and now reinstated this position with the Intelligent Insurance."
