Ajman to regulate property sector

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency in the UAE emirate of Ajman is establishing land and property regulations to streamline the emirate's growing real estate sector, a top official told Gulf News. Omar Al Barghouti, director of ARERA, said policies and regulations will be set up in the coming months to organise and monitor the emirate's real estate sector.
