Over the course of the four year programme, participants will gain valuable experience across all of Taqa's operations by spending time working at every division of the business. The fourth and final year of the course will offer participants the opportunity to gain an Executive MBA, a qualification which recognises a breadth of knowledge across every discipline of business and management. By the end of the course, participants will have the analytical skills, the understanding, the confidence and the language to influence strategy at all levels of Taqa's business.
The programme will be supplemented by training sessions, tailored to meet the participant's needs. The key areas of study will include management and leadership, business and IT strategy, financial analysis and problem solving.
