With the international spotlight positioning the UAE as the next leading glamorous art destination, 1st dibs.com has teamed up with high-profile, New York-based interior designer and architect, Stephen Miller Siegel, who will oversee the design using furnishings and works of art from exhibiting dealers at 'Art Antiques Design Dubai'.
With a recognised multicultural demographic, the Middle East is known for interiors which often blend contemporary designs with traditional and unconventional influences.
Running from 18-22 February, 'Art Antiques Design Dubai' will also showcase top quality Islamic and Arab Art, from regional and international dealers, that depict Middle Eastern subjects, lifestyles and thoughts. Dealers specialising in Islamic and Arab art include Sam Fogg (London); Bundakji Contemporary Islamic Art (Dubai and Saudi Arabia) and Meem Gallery / Noor Islamic Art (Dubai).
