Al-Nasr International appoints Susan D. Hess as Chief Information Officer

Mrs. Hess' experience with the implementation of global standards such as ISO9000:2001, ITIL and NIST will be critical as Al-Nasr International moves forward in fully automating its management information systems using the most advanced technologies available.

Susan Hess most recently served as Program Manager for the U.S. Navy based in Guam. From 2005 - 2007, she was the Chief Information Officer/Managing Director for Hillenbrand Capital in Chicago, Illinois (USA). From 1994 through 2007, she worked for several large firms as President of her own IT consulting firm, which managed such major clients as Swiss Bank Corporation, UBS A.G., Warburg Dillion Read, Paine Webber, PanTechnica Trading and ManPower Temporary Services.

Prior to 1994, she worked internationally with InnerAsia Consulting in San Francisco, California (USA), and proudly served in the United States Army.

Mrs. Hess has attended the United States Naval War College, USDA Graduate School of Management, DePaul University (Chicago, IL), University of California at Berkeley, Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill (California), and the U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal School.

She is a member of CIO magazine's Executive Council, AFCEA, ACM and IEEE professional associations. Susan Hess gained extensive worldwide attention as a professional speaker for such large IT conferences as Forbes, Computer World, and Computer World Business Intelligence Leaders.
