At this year's Cairo ICT conference, which focuses on real estate development and smart homes, Sodic is showcasing the latest technology made available to its Allegria and Katameya Plaza residents. Sodic has partnered with some of the region's leading technology providers such as CISCO, NGS and Archimedia to put the world's most advanced networking technologies at the fingertips of its customers.
Homes in these projects are set up with high speed wireless internet, advanced feature rich IP telephony, interactive high quality TV, movies on demand, physical security and home automation services. Homeowners can also opt for additional customised services such as home theatre systems or security and lighting control.
Egypt is quickly reaping the benefits of state-of-the-art homes and Sodic is at the forefront of bringing this new concept in modern living to Egypt.
"When we designed Allegria we wanted to build the ultimate community of the future, with innovative homes that are new to the Egyptian market. Now customers are demanding more when it comes to convenience, comfort and safety and Sodic with our technology partners, aims to provide solutions that cater to these needs in all of our developments."
says Sodic Managing Director Maher Maksoud.
Last month Sodic launched Allegria's Phase IV selling 80% of the project in just the first week. The new Phase IV townhouses feature high speed wireless internet, advanced feature rich IP telephony, interactive high quality TV, movies on demand, physical security and home automation services.
They also come with competitive prices and payment plans with attractive, modern designs. "This confirms that despite challenging economic times, there is still sturdy demand for intelligently-designed, smart homes that offer great value such as those offered in Allegria Phase IV," says Maksoud.
The 13th round of Cairo's ICT is held under the auspices of HE Dr. Tarek Kamel, Minister of Communications and Information Technology and HE Dr. Ahmed El-Maghrabi, Minister of Housing and Urban Communities. A special session was dedicated to Future Living: Changing the Way We Build and the Way We Live which features a number of real estate developers who adopt the latest technologies in their developments to bring new perspective to living.
