Enas Reda appointed General Manager of Dollar Rent a Car Egypt

Reda will be responsible for overseeing the operations of four counters in Egypt as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Reda's responsibilities include maximizing profitability, analyzing and forecasting operational performance results, and ensuring that quality assurance standards are maintained for the Dollar fleet. Reda will be tracking profit and loss reports, supervising the franchisor's inquiries and requests, as well as boosting staff morale and enhancing customer service.

Reda has over 28 years of experience in the car rental industry, including operations, quality control and training, and sales. Valuing continuous education, Reda has received several training courses specific to the car rental industry, such as quality, car service, safety, and leasing.

Egypt is transforming itself into a business hub, with dynamic locations for outsourcing operations. Reda will also be responsible for carrying out business development duties in Egypt. Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group has been expanding its services in Egypt since its inception in the market. The burgeoning tourism sector and business travelers, as well as to the local population, have been very receptive to the rental car industry's growing presence in the area.
