Designed and implemented by Loyalty-inc, regional experts in activation, reward and loyalty programs, this unique system allows sales staff to register points on every registered sale and then redeem them for a variety of privileges above the commissions and regular incentives they are already entitled to, including HP products, Dnata travel vouchers and Cash.

Once they register for the program, sales staff will receive a card that allows them to collect points for each HP item they sell to an end-customer. They must SMS the serial code of the product and their membership card number where it is processed and validated within three days.

"The HP Rewards Club Program recognizes and rewards our valued channel partners for their support and sales throughout the year, and provides individual sales representatives with the opportunity to earn fantastic rewards. HP is totally committed to the success of its channel strategy by fostering long-term partnerships that are mutually profitable."

said Bernhard Isemann, HP's Middle East channel chief.

"Our initial success has to be attributed to the Redington, Emita and Jumbo on their exceptional contribution. In addition, Loyalty-Inc has designed and implemented a flawless program. From the state-of-the-art software used to create and maintain it to the easy redemption process, Loyalty-Inc has ensured that they equip salespeople with all the tools and processes necessary to fully enjoy the benefits of the program," he added.

"It has initially been launched in the UAE but we are expanding it to Saudi Arabia and then the other Gulf countries. By the end of February the whole Middle East should have access to it," he concluded.
