The positive year-end figure was obtained due to the proactive approach of the management in key revenue areas such as the introduction of a new lobby with meeting rooms and business centre; addition of 15 new counters and five shops and the opening of two luxurious food outlets - the Fountain Café & Restaurant. This year the property intends to achieve the same growth rate with an innovative market mix and by tapping potential markets.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre & Residence, said:
