Nokia introduces the new warranty sticker across Jordan

As part of its commitment to the Jordanian market, Nokia, the world leader in mobility, today introduced its new warranty sticker as a new and effective tool to ensure consumer protection.

Customer Care being a fundamental component of the trust that consumers have in the Nokia brand, Nokia is always looking at new and innovative ways to enhance the consumer experience across the market.

This step comes as an extra measure following the introduction of the Nokia country warranty in 2006 as Nokia is aware that the grey market products with no local warranty places the consumer at the mercy of unauthorized repairers who may not use Nokia original components and who will not have been trained according to Nokia high standards.

The products bearing the new sticker will be serviced at the authorized Nokia resellers - I2, Mabco and care points across the Kingdom.
