KFH launches 'Family Protection Policy' insurance for banking accounts clients

The insurance policy covers individuals or family against 3 accident possibilities, which are death, complete disability, and medical treatment.

The sum of money that covers death and complete disability is KD10-25thousand, and the sum differs from death, complete disability, and medical treatment, for the individual and family, according to the fees' categories that include 4 segments to suit various client categories.

Moreover, the AGM for the Banking Sector at KFH Nasser Al-Fouzan explained that the new service is a step in the Takaful insurance program called 'KFH Takaful', which was launched in collaboration with Al-Muthanna Takaful Insurance Company to protect all family members from lack of financial resources in case of emergencies in Kuwait or abroad, in addition to selecting the appropriate coverage through 4 levels of annual fees, and medical treatment expenses range from KD1000-2500.

Furthermore, Al-Fouzan added that KFH has started to offer the traveling insurance service that was presented earlier, and it is applauded by clients, which spurred KFH to conduct studies and researches to stretch the service to cover other activities. KFH Takaful is expected to reach numerous fields, which covers the interests and needs of the clients and their families.

Al-Fouzan went on to say that KFH expects a great demand for the new service, in light of the growing demand on Islamic insurance products and services; in addition to several benefits. The service can be obtained either by calling the call center or visiting KFH branches.

Finally, Al-Fouzan asserted KFH's keenness on offering new Islamic services and products in its various fields, which made KFH the pioneer Islamic bank for more than 30 years.
