Abdul Latif Jameel celebrates graduation of 14 leaders in the 3rd batch of Master's Program for Preparation of Leaders

Abdul Latif Jameel Company celebrated recently the graduation of 14 new leaders representing the third batch in its Business Administration Master's for Preparation of Leaders, which is organized by Gallup in cooperation with the US's Nebraska University and Toyota International University.
ALJ Master's program for preparation of leaders is one the strongest business administration programs delivered by American universities. Several leaders in major companies have been graduated from the 18-month program that has started in early 2006. At the beginning of each six months, students move to certain countries participating in the program to attend the courses of the university. The courses began in Morocco, followed by London, South Korea, Brussels, Belgium and India. Graduation research work is based on preparation of an applied practical study on an activity of a company that making a tangible and measurable achievement. Mr. Jim Clifton, president of Gallup and Mrs. Ruth, president of Nebraska University supervised the program, while the university has designed a website for the program, through which students can follow up their duties and receive advices and consultations.
Graduates of the third batch are Abdin Mohammed Ahmed (who made his graduation research work in insurance), Abdul Latif Al Shamari (Increasing capacity of services provision through reducing time), Adham Samaha (Improving motor services appointments), Ahmed Al Shaybi (An introduction on motor oils), Ashraf Abdul Mu'ti (Improving Sales), Ahmed Tahir (Financial services), Fayez Abdullah, Khaled Al Bassami (Spare parts), Mohammed Khattir (System of production lines), Mohammed Allam (How to build specifications of your own car?), Mohammed Al Ghamdi (Electronic system for improving sales and responding to purchasing order), Mohammed Ishaq (Developing trainees), Noor Abu Daghir (Developing productivity), Sulaiman Al Rashid (Improving sales in showrooms) and Waleed Dusoqi (Improving guest satisfaction).
Engineer Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel was so pleased with the graduation of the third batch. He expressed appreciation to Gallup and Nebraska University for their unlimited efforts, and thanked the students for their dedication and the outstanding results they scored.
Students of the third batch have completed their graduation requirements in late 2008. The program is one of Abdul Latif Jameel Company and Toyota annual programs for the preparation of future leaders of Abdul Latif Jameel Company.
