The semester-long INJAZ courses that Jordinvest's employees volunteered to conduct are titled: "Personal Life Planning", "Economics for Success", "Travel & Tourism Business", and "My Money Business", where each workshop is designed to enhance the students' skills and improve their contribution to the economic development process by bridging the gap between the knowledge acquired through education and the skills required by the job market. This will enable students to enter the job market as qualified employees and entrepreneurs, which is one of the main goals that INJAZ has been working to achieve since its inception.
In light of this occasion, Mr. Ahmad Tantash, CEO of Jordinvest, said:
"It gives us great pleasure to further our partnership with INJAZ through this worthwhile initiative, which is aimed at supporting the education curricula in our schools by providing activities and programs that transcend the traditional education methodologies. This is a unique opportunity for our team to directly communicate and interact with school students, as we at Jordinvest strongly believe in the importance of training youth and expanding their horizons, particularly in a youth-dominated society such as ours."
Ms. Deema Bibi, CEO of INJAZ, stated: "We highly value our continued partnership with Jordinvest, which is a good example of organizations dedicated to serving the community. This step supports our efforts in backing the education sector by training our youth and enabling them to benefit from Jordinvest's expertise and experience in key aspects of the job market. The training program will help augment Jordan's human capital and will positively contribute to Jordan's economic development based on high standards of professionalism."
