3Com overcomes networking challenges to deliver seamless broadband for "Six Senses" mountain luxury resort in Oman

3Com's feature-rich LAN switches, wireless controllers and access points that were installed by RAMCO (a leading 3Com Partner that provides enterprise IT/IP solutions covering a wide range of industry sectors and businesses) enable seamless access to efficient and reliable broadband services across the entire resort.

3Com also provided superior performance and reduced environmental impact when it recently deployed the IP infrastructure for the Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi in Thailand.

In addition to providing its guests and employees with basic connectivity, the IT team at the Six Senses Hideaway Zighy Bay was tasked with building a high-bandwidth, reliable network capable of supporting Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) in all hotel rooms. After careful deliberation and testing, the team determined 3Com and its Switch 5500G Gigabit Ethernet switches delivered the performance and the value they required.
