Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment, Ajman Chamber discuss cooperation and strategic partnership

Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (MBRE) received a delegation from Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the meeting was held with the Establishment's senior management team in the MBRE headquarters.

The meeting reviewed MBRE's success story as an advocate of small and medium enterprises and the big strides it has made in the last few years in supporting national entrepreneurs to set up their own businesses.

Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment, welcomed the visiting delegation, expressing the Establishment's interest in collaborating with Ajman Chamber and all the other government entities willing to benefit from its distinguished experience in nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among UAE nationals and catalyzing the development and growth of the small and medium enterprises.

Al Janahi said: "Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment has made tremendous achievements that render it one of the most prominent SMEs supportive institutions on the regional level.

This is clearly envisaged by the large number of the UAE nationals seeking its support and services to establish their businesses. Last year, about 1575 applications were submitted to receive Establishment's various services, that represented a 25% increase compared with 2007."
The CEO of the MBRE referred to the Establishment's success in changing the prevailing traditional business concepts and instilling a new inspiring business culture among young entrepreneurs that pushed them towards success and universality.

For his part, Mr. Abdullah Omar Al Marzouqi, Assistant General Manager for Trade and Industry Affairs, Ajman Chamber, lauded MBRE's experience as one of the most successful and prominent in the SME field.

"Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking a very close cooperation with MBRE, which represents an innovative role model for promoting and supporting small and medium enterprises. We are highly interested in promoting entrepreneurship among the young nationals in the emirate of Ajman. We strive to provide young business leaders with the highest quality services and solutions to help them grow their own businesses. For this reason, we are trying to be acquainted with the best practices and to tailor them to cater for the business activity in Ajman."

The visiting Ajman delegation were also briefed on the MBRE's initiatives aimed at spearheading the small and medium enterprises and the wide range of services it offers to the young national business leaders, including financing, consultancy, business plans, feasibility studies, training and development services and others.
