"If we're to be successful in projecting a unified and coherent national image then consistency in the use of the brandmark is absolutely imperative,"
says Al Kalbani.
With the impact of globalization and the rise of the attraction economy, it's increasingly important that Oman gets it international image right.
"Essentially, we're up against every country in the world competing for the consumers' attention and respect. It's in these areas that OBMU will be working with public and private sector partners to present unified, coherent and engaging messages," comments Al Kalbani.
Al Kalbani goes to say: "To ensure the brandmark is used correctly we must explain the guidelines," the 23 February, Crowne Plaza Hotel workshop is the first of a series of events OBMU will organize to introduce the brandmark to Oman's business community, government organizations and the general public.
