Al Hanoo Holding installs 275 street lights in Emirates Industrial City

Al Hanoo Holding, the main developer of Al Nujoom Islands and Emirates Industrial City (EIC) projects, has completed installing the lighting for internal roads and roads surrounding EIC project after connecting with Sharjah's electricity grid.

Al Hanoo has completed the installation of the 275 lights with the collaboration of Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, after finishing flooring works for the roads surrounding EIC.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Fahid Al Shakrah, Chairman of Al Hanoo Holding and EIC said, "The completion of lighting works for the roads surrounding EIC signals Al Hanoo's final touches to the network of roads connected with the City and all of the other emirates".

Al Shakrah added:
"Lighting works were completed ahead of schedule, and this has accelerated work on the project and ensured the necessary services were provided swiftly and flexibly. The credit is due to the important role that Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority has played in powering the project with electricity, in line with the Authority's approach to providing a safe environment for industrial work, as well as providing a safe environment for high quality professional work."


Infrastructure works for EIC is 100% complete, while phase 1 of development works for Warehouses City, already at 50%, has been awarded to a local company with a value of AED 400 million, and is scheduled to be completed within 15 months.
