VIVA to organize 1st Diamond Numbers Auction in Kuwait

Meeting local community interests and in being the first telecom company to promise the revenue of its upcoming Auction to charity and humanitarian projects.

VIVA CEO Najeeb Al-Awadi stated that the company selected 10 very special diamond numbers for the upcoming auction to be held at Kuwait Sahara Club near Kuwait's Equestrian Club on March 3. He added that the revenue would be allocated for charity and humanitarian projects, where the beneficiaries will be local associations that reflects VIVA corporate responsibility strategy .

He pointed out that out of its firm belief in being an integral part of the Kuwaiti community, VIVA took it upon itself to launch this event - for the first time in Kuwait -involved in selling Selected diamond numbers in a series of various auctions around the year which would start on March 3, adding that the idea was entirely unprecedented and it manifested a high-level of committed thought and dedication to meeting the needs of Kuwait's demanding community interest in vanity numbers.

He expressed gratitude to all parties extending support or adopting the idea of this gesture, namely; the Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, and Ministry of Commerce as well as to VIVA's Upper Management to whom Al-Awadi gave credit for coming up with the thought of the project and taking action to make it happen.

Lastly , Al-Awadi voiced thanks in advance for all those whose contributions would participate in this good will event, whether through taking part in the auction and buying numbers, or through sponsoring the event or exerting any effort intended to secure success to it.
