Government road departments and civil aviation authorities will gather in Dubai on 30-31 March 2009 to share their latest strategies in establishing extensive new road infrastructure and managing airport expansion. Improved pavement designs and innovative construction techniques will be discussed to optimize pavement performance.
Pavement Management Middle East, the 2nd conference in this annual series, hosting contributions from 16 industry experts, provides an excellent opportunity to find solutions to the most current Pavement Management challenges and build industry partnerships that will result in mutual business growth.

Dr. Osman Abdelkader, Advisor for the Ministry of Public Works (Kuwait) will be discussing best-practices in pavement maintenance, reflecting on the lessons learned from recent pavement maintenance projects in Kuwait.
