Symantec opens new office in Cairo

Symantec Corp. announced the opening of its new office in Egypt at 19 El Shahid Helmy El Masry, Almaza, Heliopolis, Cairo's well-known business park.

The office will offer sales and customer support to its expanding client base in the Mena region. Sales for Jordan, Lebanon, Libya and Yemen will also be supported from the office.

Kevin Isaac, Symantec Regional Director for Middle East and North Africa, said:
"We have chosen to invest in the region due to the tremendous potential and strong development we are seeing in these markets."


The decision to establish an office in Cairo is a result of the success Symantec has had in recent years. Symantec's leading solutions are increasingly being used in Egypt, as customers discover the advantages of its integrated product suites.

The expertise of Symantec's support staff and its partnership approach to working with its customers, have resulted in increased customer confidence across the board.
