GCA Arquitectes Associats of Spain to design interiors of Tamani Arts Hotel and Royal Suites at Business Bay

The Artisan Cluster will be the first Mega project which GCA Arquitectes Associats will be undertaking in Dubai.

Founded in 1986 by Josep Juanpere and Antonio Puig, GCA Arquitectes Associats has offices in Barcelona and Spain and has brought along its talents and expertise to Dubai to specially create the perfect stylish interiors of both the Tamani Arts Hotel and Tamani Arts Offices, in the Artisan Cluster of Business Bay. GCA achieves international dimensions in architecture and interior design with hotel projects in Paris, London, Prague, Lisbon and shops in New York, Athens, Great Britain, China and Taiwan.

KM Properties launched the Artisan Cluster last May 2008 and has sold over 90%. This structural wonder is designed by renowned design engineers, urban planners and architects of Terry Farrell and Partners. The Artisan Cluster, with a built up area of approximately 2 million square feet, is an exceptional development located near the Burj Dubai consisting of clusters of iconic towers comprising of hotels, commercial and residential tower.

GCA Arquitectes Associats profile includes works of special interests in Barcelona in projects like Barcelona Arts Hotel, Gran Marina Hotel (World Trade Center), AC Barcelona Hotel, Prestige Hotel, Casa Fuster Hotel, Cram Hotel, Vincci Condal Mar Hotel, Olivia Plaza Hotel and the Hesperia Tower Hotel in interior design.
