Nestlé Professional and Salon Culinaire committed to create solutions for foodservice operators everywhere

Nestlé Professional marked its participation at this year's Gulfood 2009 event through its ongoing partnership with the Emirates Culinary Guild at Emirates International Salon Culinaire.
"We're pleased to be a part of Gulfood once again this year. At Gulfood this year, Nestlé Professional is sponsoring Salon Culinaire, featuring an exciting agenda of cooking, baking and brewing innovation. Organized by the Emirates Culinary Guild, the UAE's association of professional chefs, Salon Culinaire is a four-day culinary extravaganza that includes seminars, competitions and demonstrations. This is one of the biggest events dedicated to the culinary arts and the celebration of food and beverage displayed in a variety of delightful creations.

The event will thrill and inspire audiences with, cookery demonstrations, live cooking competitions, ice carving demonstrations, buffet and banqueting showpieces, pastry and sugar set pieces and bakery and confectionery innovations.
