Ten Sports, Supersport sign multi-year digital content partnership

Taj TV Ltd., owners of Ten Sports, the sub-continent's number one sports channel, and the world's largest producer of international cricket, has signed a multi-year digital content syndication deal with SuperSport - Africa's leading sports broadcaster.

Taj TV will deliver to SuperSport its entire portfolio of international cricket rights for the sub-Sahara African territory, which includes all international matches in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Zimbabwe, as well as the Hong Kong Sixes.

The multi platform deal also allows Supersport to provide coverage via a variety of cutting edge digital platforms, from next generation mobile handsets to Supersports' broadband streaming portal.

2009 will see Ten Sports deliver nearly 200 days of live and exclusive cricket to Supersport and South African supporters can look forward to watching the much anticipated clash between South Africa, India and hosts Sri Lanka in September of this year.
