BT to discuss transformation of traditional telecom to global software driven services organisation

Ivan Skenderoski, Senior BT Consultant for Middle East and Africa, will be discussing the transformation of BT from a traditional telecom to a global software driven services organisation at Management World Middle East Summit on the 2-5 March, 2009 at the JW Marriott, Dubai.

The summit brings together industry experts from leading organizations to explore key aspects and issues of service providers. Skenderoski will look into translating the corporate vision and priorities into delivery strategy underpinned by large transformation programme.

"It is important to identify the challenges and opportunities in the Middle East to survive in an increasingly competitive market. I plan to highlight the importance and the delivery mechanisms for improving customer service, becoming more agile organisation and developing global and open real-time IP platform. This platform will enable BT and its customers to participate in software-driven innovation,"


says Skenderoski.

Ivan Skenderoski is a senior consultant with BT Telconsult, the management consultancy division of BT Global Telecom Markets. Based in Dubai, he leads consultancy projects for fixed and mobile telecom operators and internet service providers in the Gulf Region.
