Mr. Waleed Ishaq Saffy, the chief Executive officer of Durrat Marina, briefed the distinguished guests about the project, showing them its location within the Durrat Al Bahrain master plan.
"Our guests from Inovest were highly appreciative of the project and showed keen interest in its ongoing development. To that end, we are extremely pleased to have received such high levels of attention from potential investors and guests, who sought a closer look at the Durrat Marina site. The progress of the project is as planned and we all look forward to starting the next phases of the project after the hand over of the site," Mr. Saffy Said.
It is noted that the approximately 700,000 square meter Durrat Marina development is located within the seafront project of Durrat Al Bahrain in the southern part of the kingdom. Durrat Marina is a luxury mixed use residential, leisure and retail Marina development project that will accommodate the largest and the most sophisticated marina facilities in the Kingdom.
