In its constant effort to establish modern sewerage services in the Emirate of Ajman, the Ajman Sewerage (Private) Company Limited (ASPCL) encourages the residents of the city to finalize pending payments on their connection fees and monthly payments.

The Ajman Municipality and Planning Department recently issued a local order (Local Ordr no. 4) announcing that fines and penalties will be issued towards owners/residents who have delayed payment of fees or the sewerage tariffs.

Equipped with Customer Service Centres, ASPCL is well prepared to assist customers that will facilitate and speed up the connection with the network for the residents and property owners and avoid any problems or fines for failure to connect their properties on time. ASPCL provides further assistance to the residents with its team of specialized Consultants and Technicians who will attend to all fieldwork involved in the connection to the main network of the project.

The new sewerage system includes a sophisticated network which serves more than 75,000 homes and companies, located on 12,500 plots of land throughout Ajman's different areas. This remarkable, modern system is designed to ensure the health and safety of the residents and the protection of the environment through sanitation methods that follow global practice standards.. The new system eliminates the need for using tankers, which will get rid of the bad odours, which emanate when sewage waters are pumped through the traditional method. This will also have positive repercussions on the Emirate's public health, cleanliness and the environment in general.

The list of Customer Service Counters and Timings are listed below for the convenience of residents:
• Main Customer Services Center - Al Zahra Building, Ground Floor, Behind the Ruler's Court 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM Saturday.
