Raseina offers new 'E-Wallet' and exclusive members-only services to clients of Dubai Maritime City Authority

Dubai Maritime City Authority has announced that it has introduced new services under Raseina, the entity created by Dubai Maritime City Authority to manage transactions previously handled by the Department of Economic Development (DED).

The new services have been launched to accommodate a steady growth in operations within Dubai's maritime sector and ensure optimum satisfaction among Dubai Maritime City Authority's increasing number of clients.

Raseina has revealed that it has started offering the innovative E-Wallet service for offshore companies as well as a VIP Service facility and exclusive privileges to Gold and Silver member companies. Raseina is also poised to open a new branch of a leading bank, a premium insurance company and a business centre as part of a strategy to provide a one-stop shop for banking, insurance, typing and other ancillary services through a single point of contact at the Raseina counter.

Raseina has launched the E-Wallet service to provide a more efficient and hassle-free payment platform for all Dubai Maritime City customers. The exclusive VIP Service, for its part, offers clients a virtual express counter for all business procedures, significantly reducing transaction time for registration and licensing.

Raseina Gold members will also be given exclusive privileges such as complimentary VIP registration and licensing service, waiver of guarantee for any five visa applications, Express Services with 50% discount, 10 complimentary courier delivery service per month, five complimentary courier pickup service per month, 25% discount on additional quota fee for up to five visa applications, priority attendance at the counter, submission of documents through email for visa services and SMS update on the progress of visa process.

Raseina Silver members will enjoy Waiver of Guarantee for any four visas, 25% discount on Express Services fee, five complimentary courier service per month, 10% discount on additional quota fee for up to five visas and priority attendance at the counter.
