Gilles has over 14 years experience in the hospitality industry, and is well settled at the hotel having joined it as Operations Manager in July 08.
Gilles began his career in France and worked there for three years before moving to Canada where he stayed for six years.
He also has four years experience in the UK. Gilles joined the Holiday Inn brand in 2004 following his appointment at Accor and Delta hotels group in Canada.
