Old Baccalaurean Society supports Al Aman Fund

Through a raffle on VW beetle car, The Old Baccalaurean Society organized an event held at City Mall, Part of the proceeds of the raffle ticket sales were donated to Al Aman Fund.

These donations are aimed to support the orphans of Al-Aman Fund, an organization founded by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah to help youth who were once beneficiaries of orphan care centers, the neediest of orphaned children in Jordan, when they reach the age of 18 and have to leave these centers.

Mrs. Maha Saqqa the CEO of Al Aman Fund expressed her thanks to the Old Baccalaurean Society for continuing to extend their support to Al Aman for the second year. This gesture is considered a Corporate Social Responsibility that all sectors should take the initiative to provide orphaned youth with the necessary education and skills to become self-reliant productive members of the society after leaving the fund.

Al Aman Fund aims to reflect Her Majesty's vision to ensure a better future and decent life for orphans by responding to orphans needs, through the five programs that the fund offers; Educational Scholarships, Coverage of Living Expenses, Counseling, Employment and health insurance.

Al Aman Fund is an independent NGO founded by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah in 2006 and is registered under the Ministry of Social Development in Jordan.
