The new Oman management team will be led by Mr Mohamed Ayjaz with the key objective of offering the very best property service and advice to the Oman market, and becoming the Sultanate's leading property services provider.
The new team will also include a dedicated new research arm, providing clients with detailed and up-to-the-minute analysis on the country's property market and investment opportunities. The research arm will include valuations, research, global investment advice and asset management services.
Hamptons International & Partners has simultaneously expanded into property management services and strengthened its portfolio of cost-competitive management services. This builds upon the company's current portfolio to now offer the entire breadth of property services from residential and commercial sales to property management and consultancy.
