CMCS partners with Adept Management Ltd. to enhance regional project and portfolio management practices

Collaboration, Management and Control Solutions (CMCS)has recently partnered with Adept Management Ltd. as its regional distributor and representative in a move to introduce more effective Project & Portfolio Management approaches throughout the region.

Adept Management is the latest addition to CMCS' impressive line-up of systems partners, which currently includes Oracle Primavera, Hard Dollar, Synchro and Ecosys. The company is the developer of the award-winning Analytical Design Planning Technique (ADePT), a unique approach to analyzing and enhancing complex project processes. Under the CMCS-Adept Management partnership, CMCS will offer ADePT software sales, training and consultancy while Adept Management will provide built-in integration with the Oracle Primavera portfolio.

Adept Management's core expertise is the management of project design and development phases, which are areas that are generally insufficiently managed and coordinated. The design management consultancy implements its ADePT concept via the ADePT Design software suite, which includes the ADePT Design Builder and ADePT Design Manager Software tools. The programs enable developers to easily define, streamline, plan and deliver complex, iterative and information-driven processes.

Adept Management has been operating in the Middle East over the past four years in collaboration with Al Futtaim Carillion (AFC). AFC owns licenses for the ADePT Design Builder and currently uses ADePT Design Manager to monitor, control and report progress on several of its projects in Dubai. Major contractors Costain and Taylor Woodrow, international construction company Skanska, UK-based Kier Group, and major Australian retail shopping mall developer Westfield Shopping Towns Ltd. all use ADePT for their projects as well.
