"I am delighted that, once again, the 7th DNGCE exhibition has proved immensely popular with leading global energy companies. All the key players in the global natural gas industry will be present: Qatar Petroleum, Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Dolphin Energy and Total to name just a few,"
commented Karim Zarka, Qatar Expo Acting CEO.
7th DNGCE is expected to live up to its reputation as the event "where the world meets to explore tomorrow's energy' as the global Natural Gas community meets to find the solutions required to keep up with an accelerating technology race, and understand the demands of a changing industry committed to ensuring security of supply in an increasingly complex world.
"We also expect a number of exhibitors will be making special announcements during this week's event and we expect to hear some really exciting news in the Internet and Media Center sponsored by Dolphin Energy," advises DNGCE Exhibition Projects Department Manager Georges Saliba.
DNGCE was first launched in 2001 and since then, the exhibition has grown considerably, gaining a reputation as the region's top international natural gas event and attracting existing and major new exhibitors such as Qatar's largest Islamic bank - QIB - the official DNGCE Strategic Banker Partner.
"We are seeking to play a leading role in providing innovative Islamic financial solutions for Qatar's oil and gas industry projects within the framework of the giant projects the State is implementing," says QIB CEO, Mr. Salah Jaidah.
The DNGCE Exhibition's reputation as the leading natural gas event in the region has ensured every inch of the Doha Exhibition Center's 15,000 square metres - another record for DNGCE - is once more sold out, eagerly snapped up by energy companies and suppliers keen to rub shoulders with the industry's elite.
