Individuals who already have a management role and seek to improve their operational skills will learn how to work more effectively with other functional areas to drive change, use proven organisational development tools, and develop a culture for continuous improvement.
"Organisations will see significant benefits - from increased efficiency and quality to reduced costs - by introducing new operations leadership skills and practices to their management teams."
said Tom Anger, Executive Director with Queen's School of Business.
Founded in 1919 Queen's is Canada's premier business school and is acknowledged as a world leader in executive education. Since October 2007, Queen's has been presenting intensive training to UAE executives in sales management, strategy, marketing, operational leadership, human resources, governance, and finance.
Courses in Dubai are presented in partnership with Dubai International Financial Center and in Oman with the College of Banking and Financial Studies.
The new operational leadership program is taught by award-winning members of Queen's School of Business faculty and is designed to accelerate participants' personal development, while benefiting their companies, sectors, and the Middle East economy on a larger scale.
Queen's School of Business already provides business education direct to UAE companies as well as to government departments and the nation's Central Bank.
