Sifting through the week's news to bring you the highlights of the video and written interviews, features and analysis.
With everyone keeping an eye on the UAE's real estate sector, we conducted video interviews with Better Homes' Ryan Mahoney and ETA Star's Abid Junaid asking how the market was coping and when it would begin to turnaround. Wednesday also saw a panel discussion with industry analysts, one prediction from which was that liquidity would return to the Dubai property sector when prices became more affordable to the average resident.
On a wider level, Darren Ashley from consultancy firm Candour, examines when investors should think about returning to the region's stock markets. And we examine Saudi Arabia's plans to increase its economic diversification away from the energy sector by investing in its tourism market.
