Chef Moon Kyung Soo brings unique recipes to the sushi bar

Moon, a specialized sushi Chef with over ten years of experience, promises guests an appetising and authentic culinary indulgence.

Chef Moon will be preparing an extensive variety of Japanese dishes including traditional sushi, maki rolls, udong noodles and miso eggplant. Signature recipes include the sashimi tornado roll and mackerel box sushi, specially created by Chef Moon. The dinner buffet can be enjoyed at the contemporary Sushi bar, restaurant area or on the outdoor terrace that overlooks Burj Dubai.

Uwe Faust, Executive Chef, The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai said, "Since the opening of Fazaris, the sushi bar has been the most sought-after live station at the restaurant. Based on our guests' requests we are launching the Sushi Nights and adding some additional elements and recipes to surprise and delight Japanese food lovers."

Fazaris restaurant is renowned for the variety of cuisines it offers. The Japanese cuisine will add to the cosmopolitan flavors of the venue. Sushi Nights take place every Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 12:00 midnight.
