Mena Telecom launches state of the art Mena-online website with new features

Mena Telecom, a leading telecommunications provider based in Bahrain, has launched the Mena-online website (www.menatelecom.com) with a completely new look and feel and additional features to offer visitors and customers an enhanced interactive online experience.

The new interface provides customers with a more convenient platform to manage their accounts, get new services, obtain more information & pay their bills online from the comfort of their homes, without the need to visit one of the customer service branches.

Visitors to the new website will be able to browse all the products, services and special offers introduced by menatelecom, in addition to being able to sign-up for new services online, edit existing accounts, pay bills, check the latest CPS and menatalk rates, get contact information and much more.

This is organized and updated into a logical structure with user friendly navigation which ensures ease of use whilst browsing the site. The site also allows users to choose packages and maximum bandwidth by entering their address and getting immediate results.

Customers will also be able to track their account usage with up-to-date billing information, and users of the soon-to-be launched Prepaid Internet service can top up their accounts or switch packages at any time in addition to added support for online application provisioning.

"We have upgraded the Mena Telecom website to offer more convenience and interactive services", says Mr. Abdul Razak Jawahery, Executive Manager of Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH), representing KFH as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mena Telecom. "Our website has been upgraded to ensure that our existing and potential customers are continuously aware of our extensive range of products and services as well as our latest offerings. The design and layout have also been developed in line with our brand identity and provide a totally different online experience."

"The website is one of the most important communication channels to any organization, therefore, it was important to make it friendlier and more functional, we have worked hard in making a major development to the site navigation to enhance the users reach to the main services and products such as the recently launched Mena Telecom WiMAX service," he added.

The site features a fully interactive experience, allowing users to have full control of their accounts while maintaining user-friendly functionality.

Other major features of the website include a dedicated section for news and updates on the latest happenings and solutions introduced by Mena, in addition to a listing of job opportunities for individuals interested in enhancing their careers with Mena Telecom.
