The VIP programme is designed to encourage show exhibitors to invite their client base to the shows and incorporates a dedicated VIP entrance and registration area and access to the Xerox VIP lounge at the exhibitions.

"The Xerox VIP lounge at Gulf Pack and Gulf Print is one of several new initiatives that we are implementing in 2009,"

said Sue Rothwell, Group Event Director of Fairs & Exhibitions, organisers of the events.

"With the kind support from Xerox the VIP lounge will provide exhibitors and show visitors with a relaxed space away from the conference floor with comfortable seating, food, drinks, newspapers and magazines."

Use of the VIP entrance and admittance to the Xerox VIP Lounge is by invitation only. A limited number of VIP invitations have been sent to exhibitors, enabling them to invite their best customers to receive special treatment when they attend the show.

Gulf Pack, Gulf Print, the Middle East Label Summit and the Thought Leadership Conference are running at the Airport Expo, Dubai from April 6-9.
