The new service will be attended to by qualified professionals and will possess all the accustomed high standards of service that have been the hallmark of Eros Group. A specially designed 3.5 ton branded vehicle equipped with all the necessary instruments and electrical fittings will travel to the customers' premises to attend to their complaints. The defective units (subject to level of defect) will be repaired in the vehicle and given back to its owner within hours.
Announcing the launch of the new service facility, Mr. Deepak Babani, CEO, Eros Group, said,

The facility will position Eros Group as the leader in the after sales service field by demonstrating our capabilities in three main areas: service parts, field service operations and, eventually, warranty management. The Service on the Wheels facility is an industry first which is being launched in UAE and will set a new benchmark in after sales service.
