FVC appointed as service partner for Polycom telepresence

FVC has been successfully certified to install and maintain customers' immersive telepresence implementations across the Middle East region.

The Polycom Service Partner Programme is a service authorisation programme which sets quality standards for partners who provide services and support to customers as they integrate voice, video and data into core networks.

The unique solutions feature seamless, cinematic video walls that capture the entire room allowing dynamic interaction, EyeConnect technology that allows people to effortlessly maintain eye contact when talking to one another, personal content monitors and immersive HD stereo audio that enables natural conversations. The Polycom RPX line supports from four to 28 people on camera in each location, allowing for applications beyond meetings, such as interactive classrooms, training centres and telemedicine studios.
