Newgen Software launches new version of OmniCompliance

Newgen's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software is a comprehensive suite that addresses the audit, risk management and compliance-monitoring requirement of governance savvy enterprises.

The suite will assist the management in gaining visibility of the processes, self-certifications and better monitoring.

The suite comes with three modules - Compliance execution and compliance assessment, risk profiling and controls, self-assessment survey and audit management. Each of these modules will have strong reporting and monitoring dashboard capabilities.

OmniCompliance would go a long way in addressing the compliance issue at hand, as the suite will enable independent directors to obtain a clear picture of current state of affairs as regards adherence to compliance standards, and provide them with the necessary wherewithal to question exceptions.

Speaking on the launch of the new version Diwakar Nigam, Managing Director, said:
