Leading the show is Zoo Nation, a UK dance troupe, will be performing at the mall until March 24. Zoo Nation showcase a range of different dance styles, including Indy hop, jazz, hip hop and break dance in a routine that also blends in some slapstick humour - an element that reveals they don't take themselves too seriously.

The company was formed in 2002 and its members are no strangers to the role of ambassadors for the craft they love, as last year they finished the longest ever dance show run in London's West End. Playing for six months and sharing with their home-country audiences their passion for this exhilarating performance art, the "Into the Hoods" production in the capital's renowned theatre land was such a hit that it was extended several times due to popular demand.

In addition to the plaudits garnered from performing in London, Zoo Nation has staged shows at the celebrated Edinburgh Festival and tours regularly across the globe. Members of the troupe played a key role in the closing ceremonies at the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games last year.

Derek Rossel, General Manager of Bahrain City Centre, said:
"Bahrain City Centre has already established itself in the hearts and minds of residents and tourists alike."

"Our new entertainment programme has been lined up to enhance the experience of the visitors to Bahrain City Centre, as throughout the year, we will be introducing a range of regional and international acts to the Kingdom - something for everyone to enjoy at absolutely no cost," he added.

Timings for the Zoo Nation performances are; 6.45pm, 7.50pm and 9pm from Sunday to Wednesday and 6.45pm, 8pm and 9:45pm from Thursday to Saturday.

With its live entertainment programme targeted for the entire family, Bahrain City Centre is once again ensuring its customers have a memorable trip each time they visit the centre.
