The Consultants were treated to an in-depth look at Lusail by the company's senior management, who illustrated Lusail's vision, integrated architectural flow, and Building Guidelines & Procedures.
The primary role of LAC is to serve as a 'one-stop-shop' destination to Lusail's owners and developers, with the purpose of ensuring the successful development of Lusail as a self- sustaining city where future generations in Qatar will live, work and play.
To achieve this, LAC provides a variety of services catered to owners and developers, including the facilitation of building permits, free advice on design issues, planning sessions with architects amongst other services.
LAC also continues to ensure that the development of the Lusail master plan over the next 8 to10 years will be implemented in accordance with the vision for Lusail. This includes ensuring a unified and carefully thought-out master plan for all public open spaces, including work of art, street furniture, and pedestrian networks.
Mohammed Al Hedfa, CEO of Lusail Real Estate Development Company, commented on the seminar, "To date, Lusail has attracted a prestigious and select group of developers who are currently developing projects in what will be Qatar's flagship development."

Through information sessions like these, we hope more and more people will learn about the many resources and close relationships we offer for all our partners through the Lusail Administration Complex," Al Hedfa added.
Lusail's preliminary earthwork has been completed with land compacted and ready for infrastructure development. Early access to the Marina districts, Energy City and Fox Hills has been allowed to developers to facilitate the development ahead of schedule.
