Al Aan TV strikes exclusive sponsorship contract with UTN1

Al Aan TV and LCI Entertainment reaffirmed their commitment to support true talents that arise out of the music scene in the Middle East by announcing their joint sponsorship of Iraqi music group UTN1 on Thursday March 12.

A star-studded signing ceremony was held in Lebanon on the same day to celebrate the occasion, and exclusives from Al Aan TV and LCI Entertainment attended the event, as well as artists, journalists, and of course the five members of UTN1 group; namely, Hassan, Nadeem, Art, Akhlad and Shant.

Through the new joint sponsorship, Al Aan TV and LCI Entertainment intend to produce UTN1's upcoming music album and music video, and to promote them in the region through extensive marketing and advertising campaigns, and a special documentary that depicts their musical journey and reflects their and achievements and ambitions.

Roula Debes, Head of Programs of Al Aan TV, expressed her enthusiasms about this joint sponsorship and explained that it goes in line with Al Aan's ongoing support of qualified talents in the Arab world. This support, she added, is a natural result of the TV station's strategy to reach viewers across the Middle East.

This include Iraqi viewers, to whom Al Aan strives to deliver empowering and inspiring messages by supporting passionate and talented Iraqi artists. They reflect their culture and represent their country to the rest of the world, and their music, Debes concluded, delivers authentic and fundamental messages.

"The group's story stems from heart of a typical Arab society; it is the story of five Iraqi young men who dreamed of making a difference and reaching the world by being the first Iraqi group to sing in western accent,"

Debes explained.

"They strived on their own, and worked their way up towards success despite the challenges and obstacles that they faced" she added. "We're fascinated by their passion and their hard work, and we admire their talent, which is why we chose to support them by utilizing our experience to help them reach a large number of people." Debes concluded.

Representing LCI Entertainment, company's owner Lawrence Underwood stressed on the importance of working with UTN1 as they resemble the serious and hard-working artists of the Arab world, and who deliver messages of hope and peace to the rest of the world, and show a different and cultured side to the Middle East, which is considered one of the most troubled regions in the world.

Underwood expressed LCI Entertainment's happiness in finding a TV channel that shares their values and faith in this group, and is grateful to their willingness to help the group reach more people. He concluded, "It has been a rough ride, but this is yet another great step forward, toward the ultimate success that I believe these boys can achieve."

UTN1 sang their best songs during the celebration of the signing ceremony, and enchanted the guests with music that reflects their beliefs through harmonious melodies and powerful lyrics.
