Mr. Haidar Hattar, Al-Markazia's Spare Parts General Manager, said:
"Purchasing new lands in Aqaba city comes within the new strategic expansion plans for Al-Markazia for the year 2009. The new warehouses are capable of withstanding the increasing number of cars and spare parts shipments received for each of Toyota, Lexus, Hino and Denso."

"The warehouses in Aqaba have been expanded by 300% having a total area of 6000 square meters," Hattar added.

Commenting further, Mr. Nadim Haddad, Al-Markazia's Marketing Manager, said, "Our expansion plans come as a result of our trust in the Toyota brand and inline with the strategic plans of the mother company. For it was obvious that this global financial crisis had set its shadows on the automobile market but Toyota had proved a strong existence by maintaining the highest rank against worldwide car companies and this is due to its quality and reliability that Toyota cars hold which are also recognized as economic cars."

It is worth mentioning that Central Trade and Auto Co - Al-Markazia, was established in 1999 as the sole Toyota dealer in the Kingdom. Operations include automobile sales, service and parts. With a network of five dealers spread over the Kingdom, 2 service centers and seven parts depots, Al-Markazia strives to bring you unrivaled quality and service worthy of the Toyota brand name.
