STS implements IT infrastructure for General Directorate of Gendarmerie

The General Directorate of the Gendarmerie signed a cooperation agreement with STS, Jordan's leading IT service and enterprise solution provider to provide the Directorate with infrastructure solutions.
Under the agreement, STS will provide the General Directorate of the Gendarmerie with integrated network solutions, Microsoft software solutions, and the latest from Dell systems. Moreover, STS will design the Directorate's website, in a move to define the responsibilities and functions of the General Directorate of the Gendarmerie as a separate entity highly contributing to strengthening the security and stability in the Kingdom through the prevention and treatment strategy to maintain order, while providing security to all individuals and segments of the Jordanian society in collaboration with other security institutions.
Major General Tawfiq Hallalmeh, General Manager of the General Directorate of the Gendarmerie emphasized the Directorate's strategy for the next five year aspires to build an integrated IT system utilizing the best technologies and to always promote the employment of information technology and communications as effective tools in facilitating highly efficient systems and secured networks.
For his part, Eng. Aiman Mazahreh, STS President expressed pride in this partnership, which comes in line with the company's vision to service the citizens of Jordan and to provide institutions that preserve national security, with high quality and fully integrated IT solutions.
